Lilly's blogging goals for 2012 (from May to December)
- I will strive to post at least once a fortnight, if not once a week. This may be difficult- due to the recently acquired mountain of revision that seems to be never-ending. But commitment is required to achieve results, and I vow to put in the time and effort to make this blog, well, something to be proud of.
- I will try my best to cut down on how looooooooooooooong and wordy my posts seem to be. I seem to have made a bad habit of "waffling" (basically ranting on and on without a cause, only increasing the word count in the process.) I will make my posts short and sweet- straight to the point. Also, I will try and include pictures in most posts...just to make it more interesting.
- I will try to not delete any posts or comments after I have posted them. I live by the motto "when in doubt, leave it out"; and when others delete their comments or posts constantly it simply infuriates me. I will admit though, I definitely am guilty of doing this before...but I am willing to change! Unless I have a very, very good reason not to, I will try and keep this blog intact- mainly so that I (and you!) can look back and learn from my mistakes.
- I will try and feature a variety of posts- so not only about books. Sorry! I know the title of this blog is "eat, sleep, read books" but as much as I love reading, it is not the only thing in my life. And in order to be proud of this blog, I will have to feature posts that interest me!
